Neal Coupland, Managing Director Former BP Oil Marketer who fronted BP's sponsorship of the England team at FIFA World Cup 98. Neal eventually followed his passion for Rugby and became Marketing Director for the 2000 World Cup overseeing 29 games in 5 countries. Having also been the Rugby Football League's Commercial Director and securing a record Challenge Cup Sponsorship, in 2002 he set up the Sports Channel in a bid to assist National Governing Bodies with increasing their exposure to Television audiences. The Sports Channel has since successfully secured deals with Sky, Eurosport and BBC in the UK as well as extending international rights to TVNZ, Fox Sports and SABC. With a unique knowledge of sport, business and broadcast Neal has funded or produced a wide range of sports content including Netball. Rowing, Ice Hockey and Rugby. |
